A Treasure Hunt Awaits in Thornbury

For 35 years, the Thornbury Antique & Vintage Show has been a beloved summer tradition for collectors, decorators, and curious treasure hunters alike. This August 9th and 10th, the doors open once again at the Beaver Valley Community Centre, welcoming visitors to explore timeless pieces and hidden gems from 25 trusted dealers from across Ontario.

From Canadiana pine furniture to mid-century modern finds, vintage clothing to rustic farm tools, automobilia to delicate china, every booth holds a story waiting to be discovered. Some come searching for the perfect piece to finish a room. Others come for the thrill of finding something they didn’t know they needed: a forgotten family heirloom, a record that brings back a memory, a piece of history they can hold in their hands.

This year promises fresh faces alongside longtime favourite dealers, ensuring there’s something for seasoned collectors and first-time visitors alike. If you love the past or simply enjoy a good treasure hunt, this is the show to wander, linger, and strike up a chat with passionate experts who know their wares inside and out.

Last year, over 1,500 visitors came through the doors. This year, we can’t wait to welcome you too.Come for the antiques, stay for the stories.

Mark your calendar: August 9th & 10th at the Beaver Valley Community Centre, Thornbury.

 

Hours: Saturday 10 AM–5 PM, Sunday 10 AM–4 PM. Admission: $5 at the door with part of the proceeds supporting the Georgian Triangle Humane Society.  Children under 12 are free.
